Solar thermal installations take advantage of solar energy to generate heat that allows its use in the generation of domestic hot water or heating systems. Installations in some areas are more cost-benefit effective than others. Gathering data of latitude, space availability, and integration in architectural design are of paramount importance.
SPAs, hotels, hospitals, public pools, and residential need hot water for their daily use. 

Also, in cold weather, this hot water can be used to warm up different areas inside the facility. The cost of electricity and natural gas are rising, global warming is a cycling process, but we are contributing to its acceleration. Normally, thermal solar installations last up to 30 years.  The Break-even point is between 6-9 years. Then, why not?
